Cheast painig.from last 4 years..it happens with in a month one time.it lasts for 3 to 5 times

Hello, Sir/ ma'am. I'm 23years of age, and my problem is that there is persistent mild pain in the left side of the chest. Sometimes it goes away, and sometimes it comes. It's not a serious nature of pain that is affecting my daily life, but it's there. I'm not overweight my height is 5'6.5 and my weight is 67.8kg, and I do exercise on alternate days.
