Heart Problems & Remedies

Ive had chest pain an palpitations. Doctor did a d dimer it was 560. And my ekg was abnormal. Did a ct scan with contrasts on my lungs and looked good. Should I be worried about the 560 numer of my d dimer?

Body joints are ofently itching like n mosquito bites every time. Few of nearby parts are also iching. For my medical history I have gone through heart Valve replacement surgery amore than 1 and half years ago. I am having Ecospreen 150 mg and Warf 7.5. Please suggest the right solution.

I'm 27, Male, 6' Tall, 286 lbs, Caucasian, and have had this going on for a while. I am obese and my resting heart rate has been sitting in the low 40s. It may be lower but my monitor only goes down to 40. My question is, should I seek medical attention for this? I don't take any medications. I don't seem to have any actual problems like shortness of breath or chest pains. Just concerned.

If creatinine level is 1.6 can we go for angiography.... Is any risk? And how creatinine level can be reduce?
