I m feeling high after having nicogum 4mg. However I am not feeling any difference after having nicotex 2mg. But my question is, does it has same effect as cigarette. Will nicogum cause cancer and heart attack risk

I’ve been suffering from anxiety attacks lately. I get these weird heart beats that scares me so I went to the doc and did ecg everything is normal. I’ve got no heart problems. My body produces lots of gas and it disturbs me because I can’t be around people as I am always anxious and want to burp. When I get gas it gives me these heart beats when coming up for me to release it. Is it normal? Kindly help
