Im 64 year old and my BP is 90 / 150 earlier it was 1st day 100/ 170 2nd day 94/ 160 3rd day 90 / 150 this came down as i started walking daily do i need to take medicine.

Hello, yes as per your age and continuously higher blood pressure you need to keep taking your antihypertensives. Pl maintain lifestyle modifications inform of increased fruit and vegetable intake,reduced salt intake and moderate exercise 30min a day to further control your blood pressure.
