Having pain from last 5-6 days , I am also suffering from a gas problem from almost one year but how it has started hurting me in chest so I am worried , pain is also in lower left ribs

I have been having random chest pains since I had a typhoid a year ago. The doctor didn't say much then but I guessed the chest pain and back pain which was intense was due to the typhoid. Now the pain is nowhere near that but I still feel strained in the heart and chest. Especially now while working out. Its more when doing chest workouts and my heart feels really strained. I also feel dizzy after some workouts. I'm 16 and I'm 175cm and 79kg

My ECG report says normal but with remarks stating that sinus tachycardia 812. Please help me what it means?

I have done ECG,echo and TMT test so everything was fine.in my ECG HR is 91 bpm and echo result HR is 114 bpm so they noted tachycardia. i know about tachycardia but still i have pain past 3 three months
