When I lay down and but cellphone on stomach it vibrates with every heart beat is it normal.?

ECG report says low voltage, is it something to be worried about , please advice Thanks

I’ve been suffering from anxiety attacks lately. I get these weird heart beats that scares me so I went to the doc and did ecg everything is normal. I’ve got no heart problems. My body produces lots of gas and it disturbs me because I can’t be around people as I am always anxious and want to burp. When I get gas it gives me these heart beats when coming up for me to release it. Is it normal? Kindly help

This pain is not getting cured. It was started 3years back while I fall asleep on my left in uncomfortable manner. Some doctor says it may be a pain in the Vein.
