BP fluctuating between 160/80 to 120/70 , pulse also fluctuate between 92 to 50

Dear All, Since past few month my fingure of both feets have turned black and ankled has swelled too , Sometimes there is a pain in ankle specifically at the Swelled area Please confirm is these due to improper blood circulation in feet and how an I cure ,Age -33 Years

I am 46, male, 67 kg, hypertensive but otherwise healthy and moderately active. In last 2 months 2 blood tests from separate labs my WBC count has been slightly low. Thyrocare / 28Sep : 2500 Dr Dang / 4Nov : 3790 against a normal range of 4000-11000 I looked Historically and found an old report - Dec 2011 it was : 4200 Please advise

It's related to my mother...plz guide me..day before angiography is done n according to that Dr told me she has one block in vein n a heart block..n now there is need to implant permanent pacemaker first n then later on they will do angioplasty for vein blockage...but before angiography they told me angioplasty first n then they will chk whether heart rate is normal or not n if it's not normal then only they will implant permanent pacemaker...temporary pacemaker is placed to her on first day.

My ct angiography and troponin test both are negative and 0% blockage. i am taking concor 5 in morning and cardace 5 and ceruvin A at night i reduce my weight and stop smoking for last 1and half year i still worry and going out. and i am know anxious and bad feeling of having heart attack. what i do sir and my blood pressure know ok not more than 120/80 to 130/85 some time it increase when i have worst feeling what i do sir thanx and need a good and right opinion
