Detected couple of months ago after a PA view x-ray, while she was complaining mild chest pain and breathing problems.

Hi doctor, I have high LDL and total cholesterol. LDL-164 mg/dl Total- 267 mg/dl It seems quite alarming, please help what shall I do immediately and also in long term. Attached my report for your easy reference. To mention my thyroid is in control, vitamin d and b12 are just below lower levels.

I stretched/took a deep inhale and it caused my chest to seriously hurt right under my Lt breast(1-2min duration). This has happened only twice in my life, the last time I felt my heart actually throb (was when I inhaled a deep breath). I am a gen U.S student,I had a echo student scan me and she vis. a flicker between 2 chambers during diastole. Her RDMS echo instructor confirmed there  a "small/common defect." I cannot unfortunately remember if it was between the atria or ventricles but my guess would be ventricles. Could this be causing my symptoms? Are their things I could be doing to avoid the episodes?See a doctor asap or can this wait til later on in life?

Can statins stoped once started? My cholesterol levels are in borderline high side since last one year. Doctor want to start medicines, but I want to delay it by one or two months to give one more shot to lifestyle changes. Can I do it and if once started can they be stopped later in life?
