Lightheaded at least once a day
Basically, every day i feel lightheaded and faint. I don't actually faint, but i think i would if i didn't sit down and start taking deep breaths. It doesn't feel like a normal panic attack, which i am used to. It kind of feel like a heart attack. Usually i have some chest tightness and notice that inhaling isn't easy. No sweats or fever. We went to the ER a week ago and they did check my heart rhythm and do a chest x-ray and blood work. Tried to tell me it was bronchitis but meds didn't help
