I've been diagnosed with ASD when I was 12. I'm 21 now. I have 15mm-17mm ASD secundum with pulmonary regurgitation. I get tired easily with palpitations and shortness of breath. Do I need to get it closed? I would really want to have an active lifestyle. I dont last 5 mins when working out.

So I drink a good amount every weekend as a 21 year old and I’ve started to experience chest pains and a high BPM (I’ve been watching it). I looked online and came to the conclusion that it could be cardiomyopathy. Is that rare for a 21 year old? Also is there any medicine I could take without a perscription?

Sir ,my patient (brother in law) had chest pain on Sunday night ,then he was admitted in hospital and yesterday his angiography report came ,after that the doctor advised him for early bypass surgery. I just want to take your opinion that should we go for angioplasty or CABG or it can be recovered from medicines.

My chest has this dull burning and I feel burning sensation from a few days in the back of my knees. My ecg and tmt came all normal. The doctor said no further tests are needed. Can I be sure it has nothing to do with heart? I also believe I have some anxiety disorder.
