I gone through medical test for insurance. In which company observed tachycardia. I want to know really tachycardia is there in my report or not.

Im athelete and did a angiogram 7 days ago, I feel alright and started doing stationery cycling on day 4, my wrist still hurts, how long will it take for the pain to go away I plan to resume my normal long bicycle ride 100km and long run 20km on day 10th

My echo report shows ivc (20m) dilated and USG report also shows dilated IVC in upper abdomen, ecg report is normal. What is the reason for dilation and what are the health conditions or risks linked to this. I often find myself taking effort to breathe and take deep breaths not only while walking but also standing or when I am on a desk job. Please throw some light.
