I have been getting chest pins and I think an irregular heartbeat lately due to smoking. Is this a sign that I should stop immediately?

Hi, I am working in the n8 shift timings (5PM - 3AM IST) and I will go to the sleep around at 3:30 AM and wake up at around 11:30 AM and have lunch (meals )directly at around 1PM. After having lunch I will go to the sleep for some time and I feels that my heart is beating very high and I can hear my heart beating sounds.Please explain me what could be the reason and what are the precautions I need to follow?

Monday (October 9 2017) After I arrived to office I felt a pain in my chest especially in the middle part . I immediately search about the heart attack symptoms 'coz my father got a heart attack i asked him last time if what did he feel when he got a heart attack he says that there's a heavy in chest . So that i think i got a heart attack because of some symptoms that i searched was i felt. I just want to know if i got a heart attack last monday can i still work or not ? Im here at office now.

Increase heart beat while sleeping. In day as well as in night. It starts 15 days before with internal low fever, with increased blood pressure of 150/100. I have also problem of nasal congestion with frontal face pressure.
