Constant dull to sharp pain on the chest walls near upper ribs area. Predominantly on the left side. Pain has sustained for over a week now with temporary reliefs.

While I am taking deep breath my left side of the chest is paining slightly but if I stay normal there is no such feeling.. What could be the cause and whom should I Consult?

5 years ago I started having this chest pain every time I inhale deeply and it’s been having occasionaly since then but it usually lasts only for minutes and when I take a really deep breath I feel a bubble pop even if it hurts a lot and the pain stops after that however 3 days ago it started and it hasn’t stopped. At first it hurt during everything I did and the pain was more intense than now. It gets worse while laying down and especially on my left side ( the pain is on the left side)
