Pipoint pain in upper left chest

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have been having pin point pain in upper left chest since 12 hours. The pain come and go for 1 - 2 seconds. I visited a doctor and he performed ECG which later came normal. What can be this pain of? I normaly have the problem of upset stomach and burps. My age is 31.
