Pain in the chest drifting slight left

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I had pain in my chest consulted doctor done egg and so no graph.. Reports seems to be fine. Do or suggested mild painkillers and antibiotics azee.. Later changed to antacid tablets and digene as I was having burning sensation. Now I had mild pain drifting left. Can someone suggest further..
