I have pain in left hand side of chest . some time it increase can u pleas suggest me the right medicine i should take for chest pain

Pl find the clinical details of my echo as below: LA=5.5cm, LV(diastole) =4.5cm, LV(systole)=3.1cm LV Function: LV end diastolic volume = 45ml, LV end systolic volume = 15ml, Stroke volume = 30 ml, Ejection Fraction = 66% LV posterior eall thk. = 0.9cm, intraventricular septal thk. = 0.9cm, aortic root = 2.8cm, PA pressure 45mmhg, MVA by PHT = 1.7sq.cm, MG=6 mmhg.. Pl comment on any concerns? I am on nebivolol, acitrom and digoxin... stopped digoxin recently as per cardio. Am I on heart failure?

I was stressed today and have pain in my right shoulder and arm now, i cant lift my arm above my head because it hurts.

From past 1 week I am feeling constant burning sensation in the left side of my chest. Its not a pain, its a burning sensation which i feel under my skin ans its there 24*7. Can you please tell me what it could be?

My mother age is of 58, She has heaviness in chest from midnight & in morning hours @ 8 it increases to high & causes dizziness, blurred vision, No sweating, No other pains & anxiety. After some time it gradually decreased. Even she is having constipation problem also, she feel comfortable after gas released. This happened same day before yesterday also in morning hours itself. She is having low sugar level of FBS 76, PLBS 95. BP 130/90. Did ECG today @ GP he told ECG is normal & recommend for 2DEcho as she is Diabetic patient. She has a complaint mild headache on top of head from last 1 month. Using Lythyrox 12.5mg @ 06AM, Razo D capsule @ 07AM(started from yesterday), Glycomet 250mg (started from yesterday instead of half Reclimate Sugar tablet) Pls suggest me weather this is Gastric Problem or Heart Related or Low Sugar Related.

No such problem but having strongly positive tmt with diabeties and high blood pressure

I am 21 year old man ,yesterday i felt chest pain so i done with echo.the findings are as follows 1)S/P ASD device closure device in situ. 2)No resdual shunt. 3)MR-mild. 4)TR-mild. 5)mild PAH. 6)normal LV systolic function. 7)LVEF-60%. 8)mildly dilated ra ,rv.
