Hello Doctors my brother has acute cardio problem. His heart has been operated last year. Doctors say something like MEPTAS (aorta) problem. they said it should be treated in childhood. Brother is loosing hoop day by day. is it possible to cure it completely..?

I have read many articles about low-dose aspirin (81 mg) daily regimens and the benefits of it. My family does have significant history of heart attack, stroke, and cancer. Would this regimen be recommended for me?

I do not have a problem necessarily, but a questions. I am wondering if a little bit of fear and adrenaline is good for your cardiovascular health, as it increases your heart rate and exercises the heart.
