Please suggest... Is my BP in risk? Should I consult doctor or can be lower by following some guidance? I have drinking problem.

I have a headache and I feel my heart racing after taking this blood pressure tablet

I have mvp and heart murmur. I had a tia at age 9. Im having chest pain and palpitations dizziness and im weak. My heart rate drops to 30 bpm when im asleep. I know my body and i can feel something is wrong. What is a possible diagnoses?

I have light pinch pain in vains in entire body including heart, head  after few random repetatative time interval. Also feeling dizziness and nervousness.
