Hello sir/madam, It is problem of my grandmother(above 75 age). On October, 25, her blood pressure suddenly rises up to 220, we admitted her in hospital and then she suffer right side completely paralysis. But she is not recover from paralyse after complete of three month, medicine like Clopitab, Strocit plus, atorva 50, telma, amlodac etc are continuing. So please help me out from should we continue this medicine(if any other) or prefer another medical practitioner in Nagpur, Maharashtra

Two month ago someone I cared about disappointed me to a degree that I felt my heart hurts... Then when someone made me laugh I would feel that huge pain like something sharp is poking me from inside... now I still an sad and sometimes feel that my heart does hurt ... today I ran less that 50 meters and felt pain.. can sadness cause heart problems or can it be my imagination since I cared for that person and got disappointed badly.. what should I do?

I have a feeling pressure in chest since from one week and also having back pain?

I was diagnosed with moderate hypertension having BP 168/122 on 18th December and given the medicine Telma 40. However, for the last three days, I am having a terrible headache accompanied by cheek pain only on the left side of my face. My BP is still 150/115 even after taking the medicine for last three days.

I had done my blood test which result following data. Lymphocyte. 30 Monocyte. 03 Eosinophile. 02 In lipid profile: S Cholesterol. 208 HDL. 43 LDL. 156 VLDL. 09 Triglycerides. 46 My age is 27 years and i am vegetarian. I eat very healthy routine diet and i never consume fast food nor i consume alcohol still my cholesterol is high what could be the reason. What should i do to reduce it. Please help i dont know what else i should do.

Dear Doc, I'm 29 year old, software engineer and do not have any addictions, i'm 5.6inch in height and 76KG in weight, I have a normal lifestyle and I have got the TMT tests done yesterday and the remark was "Mildly Positive", this is my 3rd TMT test over past 1 year all the 3 tests are of same remark, However rest of the tests in Cardiac Related tests are normal, XRay, 2D Echo, Lipid Profile and other tests. Only the TMT is what bothering me.

Two days back when i woke up in the morning i felt a intense pain in a spot nearby heart and behind the lungs I can't exactly locate the pain coz it can also be felt in my upper back. When I breathe in or out deeply the pain starts palpitating like heartbeats in that unknown spot, it also get worsened when i move my body in different postures, when i laugh a lil bit heavier, it got sharper when I lie down and exhale out as if it'll rip my lungs and heart . I have to stop breathing out... The general physician said it may be due to winter and gave some pain killers and anti biotics along with some injection...  the pain got milder but after 24 hrs now this pain again got it's pace. I don't have any cold or cough or mucous filled chest. I went for ECG, lipid profile test for my own cardic related pain fear but reports are okay. Is there anything related to lung infection or cancer or tumor or anything serious??? (I'm also under ayurvedic treatment for rhinosinusitis)
