I m 21 years old male. I feel chest pain which is like stabbing and lightening. Also in the morning. I will notice sometimes if i sleep left side. but i m healthy with no other issues.

Here's another 1:as of 2-3yrs back when i noticed i weighed 72-75kg I kept having this intense squeeze around my heart area that happens randomly and when the squeeze-like feeling happens intensely,then dies down after a couple of deep breaths within 2-3 mins. I have been feeling a fluttering feeling under my left breast and I don't know if it is my heart or if it is stomach movement but I also feel hot and cold at the same time plus my feet are cold even with socks on.
