If ecg report is normal. Why chest pain Is coming What are the reasons for chest pains

I getting left chest pain on early mrng.when we breath out ..in day its comes sudden pain for feww seconds

I am 25 years old. I've been having left side chest pain followed by arm pain and a bit of muscle pulling experience near my left neck area. My mother is complaining of heaviness in the chest in the morning for few days now. She feels that all the food she had eaten the day before is there on her chest.
