I am asthmatic and overweight. I am 20 years old and I am trying to loose weight by doing cardio. However my normal intensity workout my heart rate is 170-190 beats per minute. I don't think I am pushing myself hard either, I can go much harder but afraid that it may be more damaging than good.

I am having chest pain since a month. Pain is in the middle and slightly towards left. It’s continuous for all the time but more painful in the night. I feel it’s deep inside. I am 30yrs old woman with healthy bmi.
