I'm going to die if I don't get help right away my heart and brain are not functioning right

I have done eco 2d before one year and done the 4 ecg test all are normal but still if at sometime i have pain in left side jaw and just below the left side breast i feel like it will be heart attack sing what to do pls help me

My father suffered a heart attack last year, got 2 stents inserted, and is currently on a lot of medications such as Norvac (can't remember the others). He seems to get sudden spikes in blood pressure of about 170/95~ which always happen at night around 7pm sometimes lasting until 1-2am before it drops down to more normal ranges after taking additional medication, i.e. like Norvasc(140~). These occur maybe once or twice a month (sometimes more often) and we are really concerned.

For the last 2 or 3 years I’ve had sharp pains here and there and palpations here and there and now I’m having a irritation pain above my left breast that’s been a slight pain for about an hour now.

Sudden chest pain in the middle of sleep and when I stretch my hands I feel the same problem Is this due to gastric or heart

Can I take phentermine will taking propranolol for migraines and high blood pressure

Sir I have always heart pain heart burning night sleeping time or light pain . I take all test reg heart eco no problem that but weekly 3 days this problem comming

Unable to breathe stomach is bloating when I'm eating small quantity lower abdominal pain getting headache on one side only

I have tricuspid prolapse, Mitro valve prolape, a incomplete right bundle branch block, A very inconsistent heart rate, A lot of palpitations, very great amounts of pressure in my head at times, I can't hardly walk without lossing my breath, I've thought it was mental I had a full check in for three weeks and was discharged without it a mental disorder and my local er will not help. I have a very young daughter I'm so afraid of losing is there anyone that will please help me it might be to late

My mother PT reports are not coming good. He is having areotic vaulve and taking 6mg Medicine still her reports are not coming fine she is suffering from pra lysis as well
