Heart Problems & Remedies

I have chest pein from last 5 days I did 2D echo it normal but my TSH Level shows primary hypothyroidism. What should I do now please help

I took pain pills because I have an infection and I took double the amount cuz I tend to be tolerant and waking up after i took them has my body feeling weak I'm moving slow and my resting heart rate just barely hits 59-60 bpm and I want to know if it's ok to just sleep it off

4 month present --- chest pain during rest when i lay down i feel dull pain ...no pain while running

My father is ailing from cardiac, HT and Diabetic problems. Once he had a stroke. He is 82 years old now. Due to Glaucoma he already lost the vision of a Right Eye and for left eye Doctor is recommending for Cataract Surgery. My father is taking following medicine for the said disease : Tab Planep T10 =1-0-0; Tab Telsartan 20: 1-0-0; Tab Statix 40 : 0-0-1; Tab Befit: 0-1-0; Tab Deplatt-75 : 0-1-0 ; Tab Jalra 50M : 1-0-1; Tab Rancad-500 :1-0-1; Tab Eurepa 1Mg.:1-1-1; Tab GP2 : 1/2-0-1/2.

These aches in chest, dont know if its heart related. I do smoke marijuana and once noticed heart ache when i was drinking a lot last year (stopped once I stopped drinking) now i can feel these aches near on left and right of heart (maybe chest) and sometimes on right now.

Was getting light-headed during the evenings and this was noticed along with: fluctuations in heart beat palpated via carotid pulse check, numbness in extremities and, minor/non-consistent chest pain near area of heart (usually in the very middle of the chest). 37 y/o male, non-drinker, smoker for 10 years, no illegal or otc drugs taken currently. NKDA, I am also adopted so I couldn't elaborate on my biological family past pertinent health issues or, not terribly over-weight and employed.

Do I need to visit any doctor for any medication? Please suggest
