Sir my father had an TMT test and it came out to be positive but while doing ECO and ECG the results were normal , nothing came out to be problematic and he hasn't complaint of any breathing disorder while running or walking....please suggest what to do and reason behind tmt positive?

Last night I drank 4 full red bulls and smoked some weed, my heart rate was 120 per minute, there was the start of bruising on muni chest and it killed and I was so scared that I was going to die, today I went to work, and it’s been hurting a bit and I’ve been out of breath and typing this right now my chest hurts, im 16 and weigh 120 lbs and smoke weed and cigarettes, I also have asthma, my mom won’t drive me to the er to get looked at, I don’t know what to do

It's not my problem , it's my mother's problem she suffers from shortening in breathing , she is a cardiac patient ,she made a cardiac catheterization last year , due to atherosclerosis , I want to know this shortening in breathing is dyspnea or angina P.s I am in the third year in medical school

I am 19 years old and I suffer anxiety. I have panic attacks every day at leadt two times. This morning I started feeling heart palipations and lightheaded. Hello my name is Shweta. My husband name is Mr Sanjay Prasad, he has pain continuously in left side. We have taken a consultation from 3 different doctors. Last one was Dr Nagendra Chouhan (Medanta Gurgaon). MRI, Full Blood test Blood pressure test, 72 hrs urin test all the things has done but reports are normal according to doctors. But still he has pain we don't know what should we do for this please give us a good suggestion.
