I have a weird fluttering movement under my left breast and I don't know if it is stomach movement or my heart

I have been feeling a fluttering feeling under my left breast and I don't know if it is my heart or if it is stomach movement but I also feel hot and cold at the same time plus my feet are cold even with socks on. I have bad anxiety and I even get bad panic attacks I'm also bi polar and I have been a hypochondriac since I was young I always think I'm having a heart attack or I'm going to have one.

Why the bp gets low after taking roza gold 20 in the evening ? My father had cabg 2 weeks ago and his gets low 105 /75 and pulse 70

But he did not give me take to second chance and he did operation and puts a stent in my heart... but now I want to remove the stent.. will u please suggest me can heart stent can be removed without bypass surgery...???
