Total cholesterol - 235 LDL-144 Non HDL cholesterol - 170. Pls check and let me any thing I need to take action to reduce these??? How danger is these values????

In a recent full body blood test, i found my hscrp level as 2.87 mg/L, which i feel is moderately high. I have a history of high cholesterol but it's under control after using statin. My present levels are TC 145, LDL 70, HDL 47, TGL 110. My fasting sugar is 112. Blood pr normal- 115/75. Tmt was negative a year back. I have problem of GERD and hiatal hernia. I had a history of moderate smoking, which i left 1.5 years back. Alcohol- very rare. My lifestyle is bit sedentary. On average, i try to take 5000-6000 steps a day (includes ~ 2 km brisk walk). Work stress level is at higher side. I completely avoid junk and fried food and try to take as much as possible vegetables and fruits. I avoid red meat,  prefer fish and chicken. Should i be worried of this high hsCRP level? Your guidance will be highly appreciated. What should i do to reduce the level?

27years male otherwise healthy 2months back in gym while doing treadmill I felt my heart is out of my control and as if I was fainting.. immediately stopped treadmill and  went to ER room done my ecg which came as tachycardia with heart rate of 105..the next day I went for ecg echo and tmt which came as normal..from then I often have palpitations on mild exertion and some times even at moving my posture.. I feel light headed and chest tightness..I feel scared even to climb stairs now...I was under severe stress since then..my friends tell me these r panic acctacks..when such palpitations r felt classic symptoms of dizziness and shortness of breath and sweating of palms and soles r seen..today I have pain in my left shoulder blade..is it due to anxiety or I have some arrythmeias? Please help..

During my annual medical check up, physician found that my blood pressure is 140/100 . They prescribed tablet ---Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets (TLS-H). Whether medicine is OK?

Low pressure patient but started shooting up since August as per following- 120/76, 140/96, 130/80, 120/84, 130/90 and pulse is also inconsistent at 84, 84, 72, 76, 72/min. She is also suffering from severe headache and pseudo vertigo. Please help.

My father is a heart patient. He had an angioplasty 2 years ago and a stent had been planted in one of the arteries. He is taking blood thinner medicines. So i want to ask if he can take omega 3 fatty acids (1000 mg softgel containing 120mg dha and 180mg epa ) and also if these sofgels have any bad effects on him .
