Heart Problems & Remedies

For the past year, everytime I stand up from lying down and using my phone, my vision goes all black but I don't lose my consciousness, I just get dizzy and my vision goes completely black. And recently, I have been getting sharp single pains from my ribs and one time my heart beat was so hard I literally felt it beat on my whole chest.

I have high pressure and tacycardia, my heart rate beat fast, I take hypen 1/2,1.5 mg daily for BP and indever 40 mg 1/2 daily,,, my question is Dr Shilpa Dane Gaba, I take pills regularly now, recently I started to take indever regularly,, when I speak or shout,I used to have pain in chest for last 4 months,still after taking pills,if I shout

Nothing feels anything problem in my heart.but when I go for medical doctor found irregular heartbeat. Any advise?thanks

20yr old msle. Chest pain/tightness, impending doom, extreme anxiety. Very healthy male, no serious medical history, no drug use, no alcohol use, none smoker, feels safe in home, no suicidal thoughts. BPM avg 104 past 8hrs, lowest at 81bpm, highest 132bpm Family history of, heart attack diabetes, lung issues, cancer etc

My heart beats are usually faster like 85 bpm, also I sometimes feel that my heart has skipped a beat. Please suggest me what to do
