Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi doctors, From the last 5 days i m feeling like i m shaking back and forth slightly and light headedness. Is it heart related or Anxiety? P.S.:- I m diagnosed with Anxiety 6 months back. From the past 3 months i m on a single tablet - Petril Beta 10, taken twice daily.

Can anyone check my ecg report? Doctor had my ecg, can anyone explain it? I want to know whether it is ok or not

I have been feeling my heart palpitation for a while. My pulse rate varies between 100 to 125 at various irregular intervals. please guide me as to what should I do...??? My age - 27 yrs.

Hi I am 28 years healthy male. I have started medium to high intensity weight lifting work out from past three months. I have observed recently through blood pressure monitor  that during workout or immediately after my blood pressure goes up to 155/100. Whereas after I sit for half an hour after my workout it shows 130/90 and night before my sleep it's around 125/85. Is it normal for bp to go high during workout. Or should I stop working out only . Also suggest some tips to maintain it low while working out

In my ecg my( HR is 109bpm)( pis 85ms pr)( is 125ms )(p is -16)( qrs is 96)(p is 70 ) is it ok

I feel really out of breath after simple activities like walking up 2 flights of stairs. I’m 15 female and do 4hr of sport a week so am not unhealthy. I can feel my heart beating through my chest. I also feel lightheaded quite a lot for no apparent reason.
