I've been having the following symtoms; - Dizziness (Feels like I'm off balance slightly but vision is fine) - Feel disconnected from reality - chest pains can be very full or sharp - pain that can be in chest, left arm, back and neck - pressure centre of chest - constantly fast heartbeat I have been to the doctors on multiple occasions and they have done an ECG and blood tests and Said that I'm fine and have anxiety. I am 25 years old. I've been having left side chest pain followed by arm pain and a bit of muscle pulling experience near my left neck area. I am experiencing this from yesterday soon after coming from walk( the weather was extremely cold and I was not able to tolerate at all, hence had to return back). Please advise me what would be the problem. Is these symptoms are the indication of stroke ? or Heart problem or some other issue?.

My mother is complaining of heaviness in the chest in the morning for few days now. She feels that all the food she had eaten the day before is there on her chest. Sir, my dad (51 age) suffers from heart attack. Doctor said that angioplasty is solution for this. But we fear that after angioplasty the probable of heart attack is more. Is there any alternate solution for this in ayurveda.?

I have been suspected of having an ischemic heart condition.But subsequently cleared after looking at my eko report. The doctor has prescribed Telma H 40 (as i have blood pressure on the higher side), Ecosprin and Cilacar 10. Another has suggested metzok 50 instead of cilacar 10. Please tell me which is better. I am 50 year old with 65 KG weight.
