Fatique and stange Heart measurements
I've been experiencing fatique for a long time. Lately i've been measuring my bloodpressure and heartrate. My results were:
Right when I woke up: 113/75 with a rate of 85
After laying on the couch for an hour: 125/84 with a rate of 98
After experiencing high heart rate at school and running home to test: 171/99 with a rate of 200
after resting for a bit less than 10 minutes after the last measurement: 184/93 with a rate of 111
Do these rates and/or pressures mean anything?
