When should you be concerned that your blood pressure is to high or to low if you are a 41 yr old female and you were diagnosed with double congestive heart failure, tachycardia and Cardiomyopathy with a heart faction of 28 percent less than 8 months ago

Yes. You should be. However it will be interesting to know what precipitated the heart failure. In the presence of a DCM with heart failure bp control is very important albeit tricky. So it will have to be addressed very carefully. Do stay in touch with your cardiologist.
