Pipoint pain in upper left chest
I have been having pin point pain in upper left chest since 12 hours. The pain come and go for 1 - 2 seconds. I visited a doctor and he performed ECG which later came normal.
What can be this pain of?
I normaly have the problem of upset stomach and burps.

Pain in the chest drifting slight left
I had pain in my chest consulted doctor done egg and so no graph.. Reports seems to be fine. Do or suggested mild painkillers and antibiotics azee.. Later changed to antacid tablets and digene as I was having burning sensation. Now I had mild pain drifting left. Can someone suggest further..
