As I have taking amcard at from last 10 years yet this year bp level is not controled so I go for lipid profile in which my chemistry level is reduced from 210 to 165 but triglyceride level is high from 135 to 195 as I am taking 200 ml/ day alcohol from 30 years

A couple nights ago I consumed a couple mixed glasses of fireball and a soda. I've known that I have a minor reaction to cinnamon in the past. Particularly "hot" cinnamon. Since that night, I have had pain internally throughout the upper left of my body. As the first day went on the conditions got worse and I started noticed murmurs in my heartbeat. However that eventually turned into consistent audible clicks depending on how I'm positioned. Its day two now and I just want to be cautious.
