I have irregular heart beat(AF)two three times this year.mild AML prolapse,mild MR,aortic valve trileaflet.At the time of exercise difficulty to breathe and light headness.Sometimes darkness to eyes and lightheadness came suddenly when I stand up suddenly.long time exposure to hot sunlight or hard physical exercise cause dizziness.
