My 2d echo mvp report mvp grade l Trivial MR. NORMAL LV FUNCTION MY AGE 25

Sir I have mild chest pain and discomfort since 1 year. I have normal tmt and echo in november 2016 and serum cholestrol was 159. But recently I have checked cholestrol. It was 220. And there is liver fat grade 1.

Of late I am having multiple bouts of mild headaches during morning, afternoon & night time. They lasts for 5-7 minutes and then I feel relaxed. I am 40 years old and my BP recently (average) is in the range of 136/86. I weigh 72 kg. HBA1C last tested was 6.1. Should I start medication or life style changes will do?

My mother is reporting pain in chest and left hand. She says it feels like there is a weigh on chest. Have problem when she climb stairs. Please suggest the test need to be done

I have an abnormally-large right carotid artery. It is three or four times the volume of the left, which is normal in size. When it was discovered, the technician thought emergency surgery was necessary, but another doctor said it wasn't an issue. What are the potential concerns going into the future?
