I have a chest pain from last one month. this pain comes specially during steps climbing

I always hear heart beat and tired pls help.i have tsh 4.04. tired and leg pains when I stand even for seconds . Not able to work because of it

Hello i have a question about heart bpm and detection of cocaine by tests. By current heart rate is at around 135 bpm. Iam getting that by just 1 medium sized line(as a doctor you probabæy seen a line or not) if i take a bit more my heart rate doesnt seem to increase which is strange. Also if we hypoteticly say i was stopped by a police car and thier test was set at 1 ng/ml how many hours would i not be able to drive before the test would be negative. My phone will be fake as i dont live in uk.
