My father is having 2 blockages of 99% and 80% . the 99 % blockage was operated last Saturday by angiography followed by angioplasty. the stent which was inserted was unsuccessful as a result 2nd stent was inserted again in the same area but after this 2nd stenting water is getting collected near heart as a result he is having breathing problem.

My mom was suggested 2D echo test and stress test ... the result of 2D echo test were normal with LVFH 60 % but Mom could only walk for 2 mins on treadmill in stress test as she is over weight and does very less physical activities. my doctor suggested to have angio graphy as the stress test was not normal. Please can you suggest if I need to directly go for angio graphy or there are any intermediate test as my mom doesn't feel any chest pain or any other symptoms. She suffers from diabetes, thyroid and BP but all is in control through medication. Doctor says she might have blockages but her 2D echo test is normal ... please help to clarify?
