Heart pain
I've been having pain in my neck , right arm and shoulder for quite 2 or 3 months now with a pain in my chest and a week now I'm starting to feel pain in my heart with tingling in my left arm and when I take the stairs or walk for about 10 min my heart start pounding , pain in my lift arm and sometimes my left leg , and I feel nauseous
Ps: I'm 25 years old
