My heart races then slows down and my left shoulder hurts plus I have a bit of a headache

My father aged 61 years have a cholestrol level of 222 mg/ dl, HLD cholestrol 57.5 mg /dl, LDL -C 130.1 mg /dl VLDL 34.4 mg/dl, TRIGLYCERIDES 172 mg/dl. His sugar is 83 (random). He has high BP and also suffers from Gas problem sever. From last 10 year he is having pain in chest not in continuation but at unequal intervals, when such pain arrose then he even cant walk. Please tell is there anh thing to worry about

Had dual chamber pacemaker implanted about a month ago. Everything is OK except that I am sometimes having strange feeling like breathlessness in the mid chest region while walking in the afternoon/evening. I presume it is because of gas which pushes up. I'm also having digestive issues.

Hi, I am using Fitbit for couple of weeks now. I have noticed that my heart beat max goes up to 120 BPM but today I found that it went up to 162 BPM in the afternoon. That time I was just walking. Would you mind suggesting me what could be the reason and if this is alarming?
