I have taking TELMA H from last 2 years for high blood pressure kindly is any demerit of that.

Had swollen feet and the following was part of the test results: lipid profile - cholesterol-4 9,trgycerides-1.4,HDL tends 1.0,HDL. F -1.3 Urea and electrolytes - urea 6.3,sodium - 145,potassium -4.4,bicarbonate 26, creatinine 120. Pls how bad is it and what can I do?

My dad is been suffering from constant retrosternal pain, on echocardiography says there's trileaflet thickening. He's age is 60yrs. Can you tell me what it could possibly be? He's cholesterol levels are usually on a higher side and is quite obese

Today i Checked my cholesterol blood sugar-97-fasting blood sugar-146-after eating food (1.5hrs) Total cholesterol -191 triglycerides -415 HDL-35 LDL-73 VLDL-83 choloestorel / HDL ratio-5.5 LDL/HDL ratio-2.1

64 years , female, Diabetic from 17 yrs ,BP from 10 yrs, as part of medical checkup undergone Echo, TMT 6 yrs back that time positive for inducible ischemia ,but GP did not refer to Cardiologist. Now same tests repeated in medical checkup,no other symptoms, same result now positive inducible ischaemia, now cardiologist says go for CAG. Question 1) Is there anything gone wrong from 6 yrs that made to ask for CAG 2) after CAG do we have any medication to cure or only stent or surgery only options?

I just had 2 episodes of feeling severe chest pain, also in the back, and also severe pain in my right side of neck, jaw and ear. they were a few minutes apart and I have had it 2 other times this year. Could it have something to do with what I ate or is it a heart attack? I am fine now
