Chest pain severe then and there goes paining in centre of chest iam 43 yr female having bp and diabetes

I have been having chest pain about 1 year ago which has come suddenly but now this few days is worse. This days I have pain in the chest followed by pain in the neck, in my left arm and I feel very tired. I also have shortness of breath and during the activities it is even worse. I do not know what to do and still have not been consulted with any doctor and you have the idea why it may be because I am worried now and I have a lot of stress.

I have been suffering from left side chest pain for more than an year. I have consulted it with 2gp, 2 gastrointrologist and 1 pshychatrist. But as per all of them my heart is fine. I have gone through full body checkup as well and it showed nothing apart from low vitaminD and up hyperthyroid. My thyroid is normal now and doctor said that no furthe treatment is required as my anti body test came normal. I am told that I am suffering from panic attack, anxiety and hypochondriasis. 2 ecgs and 1 tmt are also normal. Chest x ray is normal. Ultrasound and endoscopy is normal as well. But I keep feeling weired feelings in my body which keep scaring me if I am gonna have a heart attack due to chest pain. I can run for miles and it does not bother me at all. However I am a smoker and smoke 2 to 3 cigrattes in a day. I was a heavy drinker once but left it as well. Please suggest if I Cholesterol levels are also normal. Please let me know if it is just an anxiety and nothing wrong with my heart.

I have been having chest pain on my left side for about 4 days now. When this happens i find it difficult to breath, and tonight I shot up from my sleep in pain and unable to breath

For the last 5 days I have had a really dull pain in my upper left chest. It's not causing me pain as such but it's more of a discomfort. Then today a pain under my left armpit began. I'm not sure if it is muscle strain as I've recently been doing boxfit once a week. But it doesn't hurt with movement. It's just there and then it goes and then comes back. Not sure if anxiety is making it worse too.

I am 20 years old female. My blood pressure used to be 90/70 most of the times and 80/60 sometimes.once it was 70/55 and I was too sick. But now last 1 month I ate totally junk foods and was tensed too. When I checked my blood pressure it was 110/80.once I got 130/90. i was afraid because mine used to be low. Now it is 100/70..110/80.and 90/65.i am so afraid.I did my ECG a month back and was normal. Should I get worried?I want to make my blood pressure at 95/65 or 100/70.help?
