Strong heart beat that can feel through my neck. I can see the pulse move in my neck.

As soon as I enter a cold area, my heart rate goes through the roof, my vision fades and I feel a squeeze of sorts around my heart. Some occasionally chest and arm pain too. However according to an ECG, Chest XRay and Blood tests for the heart, at A&E, I have no damage . An echocardiogram 8 years ago also claims I have no issues. Warmth helps relieve symptoms but currently I cannot do simple daily tasks like waking my dog or shopping. Please help!

My grandfather has blockage (25%) and doctor adviced for angioplasty. I have heard of a new treatment ESMR. Is it good for heart blockage and how is the success rate in this treatment?

Hi, On June 14, I experienced sudden shaking of legs, pounding heart with high heart rate of around 110 followed by numbness which started from my toe to head and lightness in head. I also experienced slight chest pain. Out of uncontrollable fear, I assumed it to be heart related and immediately rushed to the hospital. There doctor did ECG, ECHO, and TMT along with thyroid test. All came back normal. But after few days those symptoms again appeared to which I had one more ECG which again came back normal. To this day, I had around 6 ECGs and all came normal. My doctor said that I experienced Panic Attack and prescribed me Anxiety tab - clonazepam along with Ciplar-40. From the last 2 Months I m on just one tab - Petril beta 10. And I must say Panic attacks have vanished but certain symptoms still come and go. Like a hard beating in middle of chest followed by a slight increase in heart rate which lasts for just 10 seconds, breathlessness. I wanna ask if this heart related or Anxiety?

My mom is ischemic. Her TMT is positive for reverse myocardial ischemia, but angiography shows no blockage . Her blood pressure goes high quite often.Apart from this it becomes hard to breath for her when she is in market or in some other polluted area

I am very shaky and have spells of dizziness, light headedness, and nausea. I have checked my blood pressure multiple times throughout the night (since 5pm) and it has gone from 129/87 with pulse of 75 to 139/94 with pulse of 89 to 137/95 with pulse of 84 to 133/87 with pulse of 70 and is now 132/90 with a pulse of 76. I was in the same position, sitting up straight, for each BP check and was resting before and during each BP check. What could possible be wrong with me?

Went to doctor got tested for heart palpitations heart is normal going back in jan. Today had heart palpitations for 40 min and 130 bpers i felt hot, little faint i am on period and stressed and not eating right for past few weeks is this normal or serious?

I was diagnosed with C5 C6 Radiculopathy in July. Since then I am having constant palpitations ( at least 2 skip beats every minute) and mild chest pain as well.
