I have paid in right side of my chest since 7-8days and it creates a problem for breathing also , sometimes I feel that I have to take breath very slow and in a bit of round and I have to snatch it.please give me solution for it

EF IS 38%, Is thiS serious, Tell me Preventions and Medication for this Actually My father Was having problem in breathing So Doctor advised for ECHO, In ECHO, the Main issue was Ejection Fraction was 38% which should be 50+, So plz suggest Some opinion on this

A couple of minutes ago I sneezed and my chest hurts! It felt like a sharp pain or felt like something pull my chest. Like someone pull my heart or something? This always happens with me whenever I sneeze.

My bp range is normal blood sugar is also normal only ldl cholosteral is 129 while hdl is 45 echo and ecg also normal, plz suggest me what to do?
