Doctor I am a over weight woman, I got my full body check up done. Please find my lipid profile and HS CRP test reports. Kindly suggest what to do?

Sometimes I feel slight heaviness in my left chest. some times like heartburn. Some times in Left back and left arm. I also feel short of breathness while climbing stairs. I am taking Telma- Am 40/5 mg from past 4-5 months due to fluctuation in BP. Now my BP is normal.

Chest pain with sweating and it losts in few minutes Regularly using a tablet for knee pain.

I have been having these strange sensations in and around my heart . strange heaviness like sensation. as if my heart is beating too forcefully or it might stop any moment . i also sometime feel as if an electric shock has been passed through my body. i have had an echo and tmt test done. Both came out absolutely normal. The doctors say that my heart is absolutely perfect and healthy but i feel i might have a cardiac arrest or a heart attack any moment. i am an 18yr old boy .

Minor pain in chest from last week, need some help.  I also bought one term insurance from max life and also received medical call from max life insurance that time I cleared told I used to drink twice a month and also one year back I got hospitalized for dengue. max life suggested me some test including ECG and 2d eco.  I'm very tense now because, I'm not able to figure out whether my chest pain is due to gas or some other reason is there.
