My Child has ventricular septum defect with 26mm hg with multiple penetrations.her age is 1 month baby it will close automatically or not.please provide what precautions we have to take

It's high b p reading in the morning as I get up with head ace some time the reading are around 160+/100+ +_ 8-10. And it's normalize as time passes and it's normal by 12 noon and remain normal rest of the day I am taking Espin AT and Equasite 12.5 in the morning.

With winters, my blood pressure has increased to 144/92. I am currently taking ivabrad for managing heart rate. For blood pressure, I have earlier taken prolomet xl 12.5 (beta blocker). I wanted to understand if I can take it again along with ivabrad 5 mg. Thanks
