I'm having high cholesterol, I'm advised not to have Coconut oil and palm oil, but as my family uses coconuts(not coconut oil) in veggies and chutney a lot, will that cause me any health issues in future?

My latest cholesterol level TG is 541. Total cholesterol 259.
BP was 180 /140. Recent medication advised by doctor helped me improve the BP level.

High blood pressure in morning as get up
