My grandma(age:84) was prescribed cordarone 200mg due to heart problems by a cardiologist .She has been using it since 2nd June. Recently in a health checkup by a medicine doctor ,her thyroid has been found to be high(30.91H), and was prescribed medication for thyroid. My question is , is it safe to continue the coradrone in the given situation??

ECG is sinus arrhythmia. Pulse rate 54 & BP 130/80. My age is 34, height 169 cm and weight 79 kg. I have been having subtle pain and tingling sensation in left shoulder , moving to bicep and sometime to back of left shoulder for last 3-4 days. I had been traveling for last few days and yesterday went to get by BP checked , they did precautionary ECG done and told ts due to exertion and PCM would make this alright. I was just diagnosed with bardycardia but my symptoms are getting mush worse. Nausea, light headed. Weakness loss of breath painfully headaches high blood pressure. How seriouse is my bardicardia. I ussualy have my pulse at 45-58 but after my high bp ussualy around 145 to 99 my pulset goes up to 85 befor coming back down. How seriouse is it and does anyone have an idea what could be causing it. I've been 3 months with symptoms and they just get worse. Is there any immediate action I should take

Ive been having chest pains for months.1st doctor said it had to do with the weather ,the 2cnd said its lung infection and the last said it was ulcers. Last week Thursday - started with a random stabbing/shooting pain in my right bicep/tricep area. It's not a muscle pain- was pretty intense when it would happen. Then on Friday afternoon, for about 10 seconds- I experienced a tight, charlie horse like pain in the r. side of my chest- I just had to wait for it to pass, stretching or deep breaths were not helping. random shooting pain in r. arm has pretty much subsided but has been replaced with a burning like pain in my upper right/shoulder area
