I am experiencing very mild chest pain in left since couple if months... My age 34

Was having palpitations regularly for 3-4 days. Visited a cardiologist who was quite humble and diagnose the problem as panic attacks and asked me to take take some psychological sessions. What could be the treatment for this because I have remained under stress due to some unavoidable situation but that was in the past around 6-7 months ago. Presently I am fit, still is it something from the past is causing the trouble. Proposed treatment ?

Dear sir I am 22 yr 140 kg under Medication for 2 months with bp of 130/80 taken average . The medication is Talmisartan 40 mg od . Kindly suggest me ways to lower it as i have high BEats per minute and increase heart rate.

What is EECP. Is my father can undergo such treatment because is having BP and sugar. EECP treatment is available in Hyderabad. He is undergone angiogram with 4 vessels blocks. Whenever i smoke a cigarette or even at the times when i go to sleep and my eyes are closed, my hearbeat and blood pressure starts increasing rapidly and it goes to normal as soon as I open my eyes. This is causing since last 3 days. Many a times, I'm also not able to sleep properly.

If mother have an hole in heart, is there any effect on children means on the feeding for the baby. Because on of our doctors suggest to stop the feeding.

My dad get cramps in hand and feet and I think the reason is because of lack of water as he is a heart patient he had and angioplasty 2 months back and Doctor's asked him to drink not more than 1.5 ltr water so now he is having this problems along with this he is taking so many medicine hope it doesn't cause anything Now or in future ?
