I was stressed today and have pain in my right shoulder and arm now, i cant lift my arm above my head because it hurts.

Likely to Orthopedic issues as you are unable to lift the hand However at your age you need to have cardiac evaluation at least an Ecg to rule out cardiac problem. If Ecg is perfectly normal can have nsaids and physiotherapy. If Ecg abnormal may need further evaluation and treatment
