I was diagnosed with sinus tachycardia and Incomplete right bundle branch block. and the doctor recommend me to take trimetazidine. Do I really need to take that medicine?

Hi I’ve been having some chest discomfort. At times it feels like my heart isn’t there so I occasionally put my hand on my chest to feel my heart beat. About a month and a half ago I’ve had an Echo, multiple EKGs, x - ray of my heart and an MRI on my brain. Many people keep telling me it anxiety. How serious is a resting heart rate of 101bpm? I’m 25 year old female. On my fraternal side there is a strong history of heart disease. My father has his first heart attack in his early 30s and multiple bypass surgeries by his 50s. I’m also taking Aderol and Wellbutrin not sure if that matters but thought I’d offer it up just in case. I️ understand its only 1 bpm higher then healthy but I’m not sure how significant that is.
