Heart Attack symptoms

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I get my regular body check up done every six months which includes Treadmill test , complete blood test , ecg . Last was September 17 . My reports were ok , last couple of days I having chest pain on upper part of ribcage is it a cause of concern
