Hello, Symptoms of heart attack are similar in men and women including chest heaviness with choking sensation radiating to left arm shoulders and lower jaw associalted with profuse sweating or breathing difficulties. Women can have atypical presentations like restlessness, breathlessness and sweating or backache. The pain not related to heart is usually localized to a point or for only few seconds or continuous for days or paining on pressure or changing with posture.
