I have by mistake taken telma 20 twive in a day. Once in the morning and one in the night. I am also taking fibrovas for one month. Can i take fibrovas and telma 20 together today?

Hi, I am 21 years old male whit blood pressure typically 135/50 whit resting heart rate 40.Sometimes my systolic goes up even more.I exercise a lot. When I was young I started whit soccer then I got in to track and field stuff and now I am into weight lifting and basketball. I can run for hours and I am really good at long distance runs. I never gat any of HB symphtoms like dizziness or headaches. My doc does know what the problem is. My blood work all are fine my doc also did CT scan for my kid
