Mitral valve replacement for RHD
My Father (59 years old) needs Mitral Valve Replacement.The first time He has operated for Mitral valve repair(Rheumatic Heart disease) through Open heart surgery in 1981.Later again he faces mitral valve stenosis in 2011.At that time BMV done. At present He again face severe calcific Mitral Stenosis Please suggest 1.which valve is suitable for him Tissue or Mechanical? 2.best long durable valve model and manufacturer for excellent result (cost no problem)
